Business & Facility Energy Clearing

Energy Clearing for Businesses and Facilities addresses stagnant, disruptive, or emotionally charged energetic conditions within commercial and shared environments. This work supports greater balance, clarity, and stability within the space and is suited to hospitality venues, short-term rental portfolios, recovery centers, corporate offices, and large-scale commercial properties.

Supporting the Energetic Stability of Large-Scale and Shared Environments

Businesses, facilities, and property developments carry complex energetic conditions created by size, history, repeated use, and frequent transition. Over time, these conditions may contribute to how a space feels and functions

House Cleansings provides professional, space-focused energy clearing services that support the energetic condition of buildings and land themselves, helping environments settle and stabilize without disrupting existing operations.

Proven Capacity Across Diverse Environments

Our on-site and remote clearing methods can be adapted to properties of different sizes, uses, and locations—from high-traffic hospitality venues to large institutional facilities and multi-property portfolios.

High-Volume Commercial Hospitality

Our work has included prominent Pacific Northwest hospitality venues addressing the energetic conditions of spaces with significant public traffic and long operational histories.

Multi-Market Short-Term Rental Portfolios

Our remote protocols support international real estate investors managing active rental assets across diverse, multi-market regions, including North Carolina, New York, and Puerto Rico.

Large-Scale Institutional Facilities

We have provided scheduled and situation-specific clearing for large-scale properties, including a 17,000-square-foot residential recovery and trauma-informed care facility in the Pacific Northwest.

When Organizations Reach Out

Facilities and organizations often contact us following periods of transition such as ownership changes, renovations, redevelopment, staff turnover, or difficult events. In other cases, our work supports long-standing properties with layered or institutional histories, or short-term rentals requiring an emergency energetic reset after a disruptive guest stay.

Our role is to address the energetic condition of the space itself, not the experiences of the individuals within it.

What We Do — and What We Do Not Do

We work with the energetic structure of buildings and land, supporting large and multi-unit environments during transition. Services are conducted discreetly, with minimal disruption, and coordinated directly with leadership or project leads.

We do not provide therapy, counseling, or clinical services, do not work directly with residents or staff, and do not replace medical, behavioral, or social care systems. This work is environmental and space-focused.

Experience with Sensitive and High-Transition Environments

Our work has included support for businesses and facilities following loss, disruption, redevelopment, or significant change. These environments require discretion, respect for privacy, and careful coordination with those responsible for the property.

Due to confidentiality and organizational policies, sensitive healthcare, medical, and recovery projects are not publicly named and are not accompanied by testimonials. We operate with strict corporate discretion to protect the privacy of your leadership, staff, and clients.

How Engagement Typically Works

Engagement begins with a confidential conversation with leadership or a designated contact, followed by an assessment of the property and scope of work.

Services may be performed on-site or entirely remotely using spatial floor plans, blueprints, or property layouts, depending on the location and needs of the project. Remote clearings can generally be conducted without interrupting normal operations, requiring no on-site visit or participation from residents or staff.

Relationship to Our Specialty Services

This service is part of our broader Specialty Services, which address non-residential, complex, and large-scale environments. Related applications include legacy properties, institutional buildings, land with complex histories, and multi-unit developments.
