Client Case Studies

This page brings together real client stories, examples of energetic diagnostics, and the practical results of House and Land Cleansing work. These case studies show how this work functions in real homes, with real people, in a grounded and accessible way. They also help Google and AI engines understand my methodology, my 40 years of experience, and the patterns I’ve seen across thousands of homes.

Each story is shared with permission and written to protect client privacy while still offering clear insight into the process.

My Approach: How I Work With Homes and Land

Every home has a story. Every piece of land holds memory. And every client arrives with a unique set of experiences, sensitivities, and needs.

My work combines:

  • 40 years as an Energy Detective

  • map‑based energetic diagnostics

  • land and environmental pattern recognition

  • predecessor energy clearing

  • intuitive and earth‑based traditions

  • practical, grounded communication

The goal is always the same: to restore balance, clarity, and harmony in the home so the people living there can feel supported, settled, and at ease.

Case Study 1: Multi‑Building Residential Recovery Center (Ongoing Work)

(recovery center, Oregon,)

Situation

A multi‑building residential center supporting young mothers and infants reached out for help after years of emotional intensity, high turnover, and environmental stress within the space. The main building was originally constructed in the early 1900s, with two additional wings added mid‑century. The population is vulnerable, sensitive, and constantly shifting — creating a complex energetic environment.

Because of privacy requirements, all work is done remotely using map‑based diagnostics.

What I Found

Over several years of work, consistent patterns emerged:

  • strong Fire–Water clashes throughout the main building

  • a Water line running through key areas

  • two energetic vortexes (one in the basement near mechanical systems, one near the elevator)

  • emotional residue from decades of predecessor energy

  • Earth overload in rooms used by pregnant clients

  • Metal deficiency in administrative and support areas

  • repeating cycles tied to the building’s construction eras (1910s, 1940s, 1950s, 1980s)

These patterns created emotional heaviness, sleep disruption, and instability for residents and staff.

What Was Cleared

Work included:

  • stabilizing the Fire–Water conflict

  • balancing the Water line

  • calming the vortexes and reducing their upward influence

  • clearing predecessor emotional residue

  • strengthening Metal in administrative areas

  • supporting Earth in maternal spaces

  • monthly maintenance to keep the environment stable despite constant turnover

What Changed

Staff reported:

  • calmer rooms

  • improved sleep for residents

  • fewer emotional spikes

  • smoother transitions during resident turnover

  • a more grounded atmosphere in shared spaces

  • reduced overwhelm for pregnant clients and new mothers

This is ongoing work, with monthly check‑ins to maintain stability in a high‑sensitivity environment.

Case Study 2: Remote House Cleansing Before Moving In (Shared Home, Boise, Idaho)

Situation

A 92‑year‑old woman preparing for a major life transition reached out before moving into a shared home with her son and daughter‑in‑law. Although the house was newly purchased and physically empty, she felt a heaviness concentrated in the kitchen and living room — the very spaces meant for nourishment, connection, and daily life. The sensation left her uneasy and uncertain about beginning this new chapter.

She requested a remote house cleansing to help the home feel welcoming, settled, and ready for their multigenerational household.

What I Found

When tuning into the home remotely, nothing harmful or disruptive was present. Instead, the house showed signs of:

  • residual emotional patterns

  • unfinished energetic transition

  • lingering imprints from long chapters of previous occupants

  • heaviness centered in the kitchen and living room — the “heart” of the home

These patterns are common in homes that have supported caretaking, long‑term routines, or multiple roles over time. In simple terms, the house had not yet fully reset itself for its new family.

What Was Cleared

The remote clearing focused on three primary areas:

  • releasing old patterns embedded in shared living spaces

  • helping the home recognize and align with its new household

  • completing the transition from past occupants into present time

This work was done gently and respectfully, allowing the home to let go of what it no longer needed while opening fully to the people who would now live there.

What Changed

After the clearing, the family completed a welcome ceremony in the home to anchor their new beginning.

They later shared that:

  • the heaviness was gone

  • the home felt lighter, calmer, and more at ease

  • the discomfort experienced during the initial walkthrough had completely lifted

  • the house now felt ready to be her “forever home”

The clearing wasn’t about removing anything negative — it was about completion, clarity, and welcome.

A Note on Shared Homes

When multiple generations move into a home together, it’s especially important that the space feels settled and supportive for everyone involved. A house that has been energetically welcomed and aligned often feels calmer, quieter, and easier to live in — allowing relationships and daily life to unfold more smoothly.

Case Study: Remote House Cleansing & Land Healing on Ancient Sacred Ground

Location: Morganton, North Carolina Services Provided: Remote House Cleansing • Lecher Antenna Diagnostics • Land Healing Ceremony

Situation

The homeowners contacted me after experiencing persistent disturbances inside their home, including scratching sounds inside the walls, shifting scents of earth and perfume, a heavy and watchful atmosphere, rot‑like odors in the basement, and a sense that the land itself felt unsettled. These symptoms often indicate a combination of earth‑energy imbalance, predecessor energy, and land‑based memory, making this an ideal case for a full remote house and land assessment.

What I Found

Using the Lecher Antenna and remote energetic mapping, several layers of disturbance emerged at once.

Spiritual and emotional layers included a female former occupant still present in the home, emotional residue from past residents, a tree spirit trapped inside the house after a tree removal, and interdimensional place memory contributing to the heaviness.

Earth and structural energies revealed a geological fault line beneath the home, a significant energetic sinkhole, strong geopathic stress, and stagnant zones where energetic flow had become blocked.

Land history and sacred geography showed that the property sits within the ancient sphere of the Joara chiefdom—one of the oldest Indigenous ceremonial cultures in the Southeast—later stewarded by the Catawba Nation. The land carried a consecrated, boundary‑enforcing presence, deep ancestral memory, and a heavy imprint consistent with sacred sites located between waterways.

What Was Cleared

The clearing and healing work unfolded in several stages.

Spirit release: The female former occupant was guided peacefully into the light with Amazing Grace.

Lecher Antenna corrections: The fault line was corrected, the sinkhole stabilized, emotional residue cleared, predecessor energy removed, and stagnant zones opened using the 17.5 cm frequency.

Elemental and nature‑spirit healing: The trapped tree spirit was healed and released using a net‑of‑light technique.

Land acknowledgment and healing ceremony: A full ceremony was performed to honor the First Ones and the ancestors, release outdated energetic patterns, clear religious and ceremonial imprinting, restore peace across timelines and dimensions, and establish a new agreement between the home and the land. A water offering completed the healing.

What Changed

After the clearing, the home’s atmosphere became noticeably lighter, the land’s heaviness lifted, and the sensory disturbances ceased. The house and land came into harmony, and the property now feels peaceful, grounded, and aligned.

Why This Work Works

Homes and land respond to attention, clarity, and energetic alignment. When disturbances are identified and cleared, the environment stabilizes. People feel the difference immediately because the home is the container for their daily life.

This work is effective because it addresses:

  • predecessor energy

  • emotional residue

  • land‑based influences

  • environmental imprints

  • energetic disruptions

  • patterns that repeat until resolved

When these layers are cleared, the home becomes a supportive, grounded place to live.
