When a House Clearing Revealed a Six-Generation Family Pattern

A remote house cleansing revealed more than an earth energy disturbance—it uncovered a six-generation maternal pattern around women finding and expressing their voice.

Sometimes I begin a house cleansing thinking I am going to work with the energy of a home, and the home leads me somewhere completely unexpected.

That happened recently during a remote house cleansing for a woman in Oregon.

As I do with every remote clearing, I began without assuming what I would find. Using photographs, a satellite map of the property, map dowsing and my 54-point energetic assessment, I began looking at the home and surrounding land.

One of the first things that emerged was an unusual earth-energy pattern.

I identified two earth-energy lines crossing at the property. At the point where they intersected, I detected what I interpreted as a counter-clockwise energy spiral centered directly over the residence.

That gave me one clear area to address.

But as I continued through the assessment, the clearing began to reveal something that seemed to extend far beyond the house itself.

The Women Who Had Lost Their Voice

A pattern began to emerge along the client's maternal family line.

Through the assessment, I identified what appeared to be an energetic pattern extending through approximately six generations of women.

The central theme was voice.

Women who had difficulty speaking for themselves.

Women whose needs, feelings or truths may not have been expressed or heard.

Women who had learned, in one way or another, to remain quiet.

I knew nothing about this part of my client's family history when the pattern appeared.

When I shared what I had found, however, she immediately understood its significance.

She told me that the women in her family had not had a voice.

And she was consciously trying to change that.

She was learning to find and use her own voice, even though doing so had created some strain within her family relationships.

Suddenly, something I had identified while assessing the energy of her home was describing a pattern she already recognized within her own life.

The clearing had taken an unexpected turn.

Clearing the Home

I continued working with the energetic patterns I had identified around the property.

The crossing earth-energy lines were addressed, and I worked with the counter-clockwise spiral over the residence with the intention of bringing the area back into balance.

Other energetic disturbances identified during the 54-point assessment were cleared as well, followed by a period of stabilization and integration.

I also recommended using 639 Hz sound frequency in the home to support harmony during the settling period.

Then we allowed the house to rest.

When I spoke with my client afterward, she told me that her home felt:

"Lighter and peaceful."

That alone would have made this a meaningful clearing.

But the story wasn't over.

A Ceremony for the Women Who Came Before Her

Because the maternal pattern had emerged so strongly, I created a separate DNA healing ceremony for my client to do after the house clearing.

The intention wasn't to reject or blame the women who came before her.

It was to acknowledge them, honor what they had experienced, and consciously release a pattern she no longer wanted to carry forward.

I suggested that she consider inviting her mother to participate.

She wasn't sure her mother would do it.

Their relationship had experienced some strain as she worked to find and express her own voice, and she didn't know how her mother would respond.

I told her:

"She may surprise you."

And she did.

Her mother agreed.

Although they lived in different states, mother and daughter connected by telephone and went through the ceremony together.

There was something especially moving about that.

What had first appeared during a remote house cleansing as a pattern carried through generations of women was now being consciously acknowledged by two generations of those women together.

The daughter didn't have to stand alone and declare that the pattern ended with her.

Her mother stood with her.

Sometimes the House Is Only the Beginning

This clearing reminded me why I try never to decide in advance what a house needs.

We tend to think of our homes simply as the places where our lives happen.

But they are also where relationships unfold, where difficult periods are lived through, where memories accumulate and where we try to become the people we are meant to be.

This clearing began with a home.

It revealed an earth-energy disturbance.

Then it led to a maternal pattern that immediately resonated with something happening within my client's family.

After the clearing, the home felt lighter and more peaceful.

But perhaps the most unexpected part happened afterward, when a mother and daughter came together across the miles to acknowledge a pattern that had affected the women of their family for generations.

Sometimes clearing a home creates space for something larger.

And sometimes, when we finally find our own voice, we discover that someone we love is ready to listen.
